Another welterweight matchup is in the works for the "Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Henderson" fight card, as Scott Smith and Tarec Saffiedine are slated to square off at the July 30 event outside Chicago.
The Showtime-televised card is headlined by Fedor Emelianenko vs. Dan Henderson and also includes Paul Daley vs. Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos.
